Job Summary
Greet and tour prospective residents, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and online channels while explaining lease terms, pricing, and amenities. Process rental applications, background checks, and lease agreements, maintaining accurate records of traffic, leases, and communications. Assist with marketing efforts, manage social media content and online listings, and develop relationships with local businesses to drive referrals. Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, address resident concerns, and ensure model units and common areas remain presentable. Weekend availability may be required. This role supports occupancy goals at Fair Oaks Apartments, a community focused on enhancing resident experience and fostering a strong neighborhood.
Required Qualifications
