Job Summary
Conduct daily property tours, inspect vacant units, and prepare model apartments for prospective residents. Assess tenant needs, close leases in accordance with company standards, and address resident concerns by escalating to management as needed. Maintain the leasing office's professional appearance while entering daily activity into Yardi, including traffic, leases, and work orders. Process applications per policy and submit completed files for manager approval. Meet weekly and monthly sales goals set by the Community Manager to exceed budgeted occupancy.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be available to work weekends and occasional holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, leasing, hospitality or customer service
