Job Summary
Leasing Consultant at Sonoma at Porter Ranch Apartments responsible for guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, conducting model and vacant-unit showings, closing leases based on needs and eligibility, ensuring move-in readiness, maintaining occupancy goals, resolving resident concerns, promoting online reputation, and inputting activity into Yardi. The role combines sales, relationship-building, and problem-solving to deliver exceptional customer experience and support community marketing and occupancy targets. Strong emphasis on customer service, communication, and attention to detail in paperwork and move-in readiness is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in sales and/or customer service
- Ability to read and interpret leases and move-in paperwork
- Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
