Job Summary
Leasing Consultant coordinates resident and prospect interactions to sell and renew leases, handles lease applications and verification, conducts market surveys, maintains data in Entrata/Yardi, supports move-ins and renewals, and contributes to resident satisfaction. The role requires presenting community features, converting leads, maintaining accurate records, staying informed on rents and promotions, and upholding Fair Housing and company standards. Strong communication, customer service, and knowledge of property management operations are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in multi-family, single-family rentals, built-to-rent, or related property management, retail sales or hospitality preferred
