Job Summary
Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins while ensuring show units meet company standards. Monitor market trends, implement marketing plans, and execute offsite campaigns including social media and email outreach. Use property management software to track availability, manage resident data, and complete financial reporting. Support lease renewals by preparing paperwork and meeting residents prior to move-out deadlines. Respond promptly to resident concerns and document escalations. This evening shift role requires availability Wednesday through Sunday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, including weekends, with a valid driver's license and proficiency in Yardi.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Must be available to work weekends
- Must be able to perform essential job functions unaccompanied
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Ability to prepare reports
- Ability to explain apartment features
- Skills to complete financial records
- Skills to calculate percentages
- Skills to perform basic math operations
