Job Summary
Execute leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals by greeting prospects face-to-face, conducting tours, processing applications, and ensuring smooth move-ins. Manage lease enforcement including inspections and collections, while maintaining property standards through daily show unit inspections and reporting mechanical issues. Develop offsite marketing plans using social media and referral programs, analyze market trends to recommend improvements, and resolve resident complaints promptly. Work 40 hours weekly with weekend availability in an office environment with frequent outdoor exposure.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Current Valid Driver's License
- Must be available to work on weekends when scheduled
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions unaccompanied
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
- Must be able to work in an environment with temperatures, weather, odors, and/or landscape that may be unpleasant and/or hazardous
Desired Qualifications
- Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community
- Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs for reporting purposes
- Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
