Leasing Consultant

Execute the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals by conducting property tours, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, and guiding prospective residents through the application to move-in process. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents to foster community, address service requests, organize engagement initiatives, and secure lease renewals. Assist in developing marketing campaigns, creating social media content, collaborating with local partners, and ensuring listings accurately reflect available units. Process lease applications, verify references, conduct background checks, and maintain accurate records of leasing activity and market data while ensuring compliance with fair housing laws. Work weekends and evenings on a rotating schedule, maintaining knowledge of local market conditions and competitor pricing.
