Job Summary
Interview prospective residents, record their needs, and input data into the computer. Accompany prospects to model apartments to discuss room layouts, available facilities, and lease terms. Qualify applicants by verifying applications and lease documents, then complete lease agreements and collect deposits and fees. Introduce new residents to property procedures while promoting positive, proactive resident relations to ensure a high-quality living experience. Full-time role requiring weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of demonstrated sales and customer service experience
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Must be an effective listener and communicator with the ability to work well on a team
- Ability to work weekends
- Successful background screen
- Drug test
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
