Job Summary
Leasing Consultant for a 250-350 unit community in San Francisco; responsibilities include supervising leasing staff, developing and monitoring marketing plans, analyzing market conditions, maximizing income through rent strategies, and ensuring adherence to handbooks and policies; requires strong communication and listening skills, ability to work weekends, and experience in property management and Yardi CRM; 1 year sales/customer service experience required; lease-up and Yardi experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated 1 year experience in sales and customer service
- Lease up experience preferred
- Yardi experience preferred
- Must have related property management experience
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Must be an effective listener and communicator with the ability to work well on a team
- Ability to work weekends a must
- Yardi CRM or similar platform preferred
- Supervisory experience a must
