Job Summary
Leasing Consultant at Sands Parc (AIR Communities) onsite in Daytona Beach, FL. You will follow AIR's sales process, conduct tours to showcase the community, and help prospects find their new home. Maintain a track record of meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals, deliver exceptional customer service, support leasing across AIR properties, contribute to community marketing, and adhere to Fair Housing Laws. Requires goal-driven, sales-motivated, adaptable team player with 1+ year sales/customer service experience and flexible weekend availability. Base pay is $20/hour with commissions and benefits including rent discount and career development opportunities.
