Job Summary
Leasing Consultant responsible for greeting prospective residents, conducting tours of available units, processing applications, performing credit and background checks, and preparing lease agreements. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, provide pricing and availability information, build relationships with current and prospective residents, and collaborate with the property management team on marketing strategies and resident programs. Maintain organized leasing records, ensure compliance with fair housing regulations, and stay informed about local market trends to competitively position properties. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred), strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of fair housing laws, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
