Leasing Consultant

Leasing Consultant opening at our River Bend community in Gloucester, VA. Responsibilities include providing tours of apartments to prospective residents, running credit reports, preparing lease packets, inspecting apartments prior to showing, maintaining logs of traffic, leasing units, providing information over the telephone, and maintaining a positive public relations stance with current and prospective residents. Occasional duties include typing/filing property reports, assisting with rent collection or bank deposits, and supporting resident retention activities. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and some advanced real estate training with prior leasing experience preferred; a Valid Driver’s License is required if operating a vehicle. Hours align with community hours and may include weekends.
