Job Summary
Conduct marketing and leasing activities for the property, including tenant renewals, transfers, and apartment showings. Manage the on-site leasing office by answering phones, handling walk-ins, processing applications, and collecting deposits. Maintain compliance with Fair Housing Laws and lease agreements while developing a reference book and show route. Track referrals, coordinate maintenance work orders, and inspect apartments for move-out turnover. Assist the Community Manager with competitive market analysis, advertising, leasing events, and report preparation. Process invoices, perform data entry, and order office supplies. Maintain regular daily office hours including weekends and holidays as required.
