Job Summary
Tour prospects, lease apartments, and follow up with prospects while inspecting model units daily to ensure optimum showable condition. Organize lease renewals and maintain the Lease Expiration Management Program, supporting residents with payments, maintenance requests, and policy inquiries. Verify rental applications are completed and processed timely, then create resident files, execute move-in/move-out inspections, and complete daily traffic and market reports. Perform new home orientations and adhere to all Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant laws while traveling promptly across multiple communities.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of residential/multifamily leasing experience preferred
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- 4-year degree or related coursework is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Willingness and ability to travel promptly and efficiently throughout the portfolio, including working at multiple communities in a single day as needed to support operational needs
- Weekends Required
