Job Summary
Welcome prospects, answer questions, and verify eligibility as the first point of contact. Build strong resident relations by addressing concerns, ensuring satisfaction, and driving retention. Walk the community daily to keep tour paths, models, amenities, and common areas sharp. Prepare and process notices to vacate, renewals, service requests, applications, move-ins and outs, transfers, and roommate changes. Hit occupancy, renewal, and turn time goals with at least a 35% rental closing ratio. Manage resident communication channels, keep accurate CRM records, track local market trends, complete monthly surveys, and recommend competitive pricing. Support marketing initiatives, flag local opportunities, plan resident events, and keep files accurate. Follow safety procedures, SOPs, and on-equipment labels while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and company policy. Represent Roundhouse positively in every interaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
- Strong sales and customer-service skills
- A strong desire to lead, both in your role and in your local community
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally between properties as needed
Desired Qualifications
- At least two years of sales experience
- At least one year onsite in multifamily housing
- Experience with Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, AIRM, LEO, Appwork, or similar CRM tools
- Spanish fluency
