Leasing Consultant - Riverstone

Leasing Consultant at Riverstone tasked with showing and leasing apartment units, achieving monthly lease quotas, processing lease forms and deposits, ensuring model/target apartments are ready, maintaining a clean office, and upholding curb appeal. Requires strong customer service and sales skills, knowledge of lease terms and policies, ability to train others on processes, and proficiency with floor plans. Must manage resident retention and renewal activities, maintain resident/property files, submit and confirm maintenance work orders, assist with hosting resident events, handle resident requests professionally, and maintain a professional appearance. Requires ability to read lease agreements and safety rules, compute figures (discounts, interest, commissions, percentages), communicate effectively, enforcement of Fair Housing laws, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, multitasking, and ability to pass criminal, credit, and drug screening. Bi-lingual is a plus; weekend work required; experience with Yardi is preferred.
