Job Summary
Answer phones, greet potential clients, and show model apartments while fielding questions about rental units and property features. Assist applicants in completing rental applications and lease agreements, and perform clerical duties as required. This client-facing leasing role involves establishing and maintaining business as the face of the community. Candidates must have leasing or property management experience, excellent sales and marketing abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A valid driver's license and ability to work Saturdays are required. Friedman Real Estate manages over 15,000 apartment homes across the United States.
