Job Summary
Answer phones, greet potential clients, and field questions regarding rental units and property features while showing model apartments. Assist applicants in completing rental applications and lease agreements, and perform clerical duties as required. Maintain business relationships and serve as the face of the community. Candidates must have leasing or property management experience, excellent sales and marketing abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license and Saturday availability are necessary.
