Job Summary
Greet residents and prospects, conduct property tours, and explain lease terms, pricing, and application procedures. Assist applicants through the leasing process, including screening, documentation, and preparing lease agreements and renewals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, rates, and promotions while following up with prospects to maximize conversion rates. Monitor local competition and support marketing efforts by posting ads and managing social media content. Address resident questions and organize community events to foster a positive atmosphere. Follow weekends and a flexible schedule as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service, sales, or administrative experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Comfortable using property management systems and technology tools
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in multi-family residential leasing
- Familiarity with Yardi, AppFolio, or similar property management software
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or another language commonly spoken in the area
