Job Summary
Call potential landlords and sellers daily, take photos and write listings for property portals, and network with landlords, sellers, buyers, and tenants. Understand client needs to match them with the right leasing solutions, stay on top of market trends, and build trust through clear, consistent communication. This role offers uncapped earnings up to 65% commission paid monthly, with access to Dubai's highest volume of leads and exclusive projects. Full marketing and admin support are provided to focus on closing deals, while industry-leading training begins on day one. Relocation support includes an employment visa and medical insurance, alongside monthly and quarterly rewards such as rooftop dinners and yacht trips.
