Leasing Consultant

Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and explain lease terms to achieve maximum occupancy. Assist with move-in and move-out procedures, process leasing paperwork, and maintain accurate records of resident interactions. Follow up with prospects via phone and email, conduct resident satisfaction surveys, and handle complaints professionally. Collaborate with maintenance for service requests, organize resident events, and assist with marketing efforts including social media. Daily review of leads and follow-ups within Yardi. Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Bilingual Spanish speakers encouraged.
