Job Summary
Leasing Consultant at RAM Partners to generate interest in the community, communicate with prospective residents, assist with lease agreements, build relationships to retain residents, and coordinate office tasks and resident activities. Requires strong customer service, communication, MS Office skills, ability to multitask, and willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
