Job Summary
Lease a RAM Partners community by generating interest and communicating with prospective residents to identify needs and secure lease agreements; build lasting resident relationships, resolve resident issues, and coordinate office tasks while promoting the community’s features. Requires strong verbal/written communication, multitasking, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends; valid driver’s license and US work authorization are required. Familiarity with the leasing process, customer service skills, and ability to coordinate resident activities are key responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
