Job Summary
Leasing Consultant to generate interest in RAM Partners' multifamily communities, communicate effectively with prospective residents, help identify wants/needs to secure lease agreements, build lasting resident relationships, provide problem resolution, perform office administration tasks, and coordinate resident activities. Requires strong customer service, communication, and computer skills; weekend availability and a valid driver’s license are needed. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
- Valid Driver’s License is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Class-A high-rise experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
