Job Summary
Leasing consultant responsible for generating interest in the community, communicating with prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process, securing lease agreements, and maintaining resident relations. Role requires customer service excellence, the ability to highlight property features, process housing applications (including Affordable Housing Tax considerations), coordinate resident activities, perform office tasks with attention to detail, and use Microsoft Office tools. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus), a valid driver’s license, strong verbal/written communication, multitasking ability, and flexibility to work weekends. Required Qualifications

- Valid Driver’s License
- Previous multi-family leasing preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
