Job Summary
Generate interest by highlighting your community's unique features and benefits to secure lease agreements. Communicate effectively with potential residents through all steps of the leasing process and serve as a resource for resolving resident problems. Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents while performing required office administrative tasks with attention to detail. Coordinate fun activities for residents to foster engagement. This role requires a valid driver's license, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and hold legal authorization to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- college degree
- Valid Driver's License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
