Job Summary
Leasing Consultant responsible for generating interest in the community, effectively communicating with prospective residents to secure lease agreements, and serving as a resource to address questions and resolve issues. Must build lasting resident relationships, handle office tasks with attention to detail, and coordinate resident activities. Requires strong verbal and written communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines; flexible schedule including Saturdays. High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are required; multi-family leasing experience is a plus. Required Qualifications
