Job Summary
Generate interest by highlighting your community's unique features and benefits to secure lease agreements. Communicate effectively with potential residents to guide them through the leasing process and serve as a resource for resolving their problems. Build lasting relationships to retain residents and coordinate fun activities for the community. Perform required office administrative tasks with attention to detail. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and excellent communication skills. Competitive pay of $20 per hour with bonuses, PTO, and full benefits.
Required Qualifications

- college degree
- Valid Driver's License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
