Job Summary
Leasing Consultant responsible for generating interest in the community, highlighting features and benefits to prospective residents, and guiding them through the lease process. Build lasting relationships with residents, serve as a resource to resolve problems, coordinate resident activities, and handle office tasks with attention to detail. Strong communication skills (verbal and written), proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines, including weekend shifts, are required. Knowledge of apartment/community marketing, resident services, and the leasing workflow is expected.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
