Job Summary
Generate interest by highlighting your community's unique features and benefits to secure lease agreements. Communicate effectively with potential residents to guide them through the leasing process and serve as a resource for resolving their problems. Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents while performing required office administrative tasks with attention to detail. Coordinate fun activities for residents and use multitasking skills to meet deadlines in a timely manner. This role requires a valid driver's license, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with lease-up experience preferred. Flexible scheduling including weekends is necessary.
Required Qualifications

- college degree
- Valid Driver's License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
