Leasing Consultant

Generate interest by highlighting your community's unique features and benefits to secure lease agreements. Communicate effectively with potential residents to guide them through the leasing process and serve as a resource for resolving their problems. Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents while using attention to detail for required office administrative tasks. Coordinate fun activities for residents and maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills. This role requires a valid driver's license, legal authorization to work in the United States, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Compensation ranges from $20 to $21 per hour, including bonuses, plus benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance.
