Leasing Consultant

Generate interest by highlighting your community's unique features and benefits to secure lease agreements. Communicate effectively with potential residents to guide them through the leasing process and serve as a resource for resolving their problems. Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents while using attention to detail for required office administrative tasks. Coordinate fun activities for residents and perform all duties with excellent verbal and written communication skills. This role requires a valid driver's license, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. You must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
