Job Summary
Generate interest in the community by highlighting unique features and benefits to potential residents. Communicate effectively to guide them through the leasing process and serve as a resource for resolving resident problems. Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents while performing required office administrative tasks with attention to detail. Coordinate fun activities for residents and use strong verbal and written communication skills to secure lease agreements. This role requires a valid driver's license, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask while meeting flexible scheduling demands including weekends. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- college degree
- Valid Driver's License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
