Job Summary
Generate interest by highlighting your community's unique features and benefits to secure lease agreements. Communicate effectively with potential residents through all steps of the leasing process and serve as a resource for resolving their problems. Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents while using attention to detail for required office administrative tasks. Coordinate fun activities for residents and manage flexible schedules including weekends. This role supports RAM Partners' mission to manage over 80,000 apartments through hands-on, service-oriented community management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- college degree
- Valid Driver's License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Tax credit experience
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- RAM Partners, LLC is a drug-free workplace
