Generate interest by highlighting your community's unique features and benefits to secure lease agreements with future residents. Communicate effectively on all steps to help potential residents call your community home, while serving as a resource to assist with problems and find resolutions. Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents, and use attention to detail to perform required office administrative tasks. Coordinate fun activities for residents to foster engagement. This role requires a valid driver's license, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
