Leasing Consultant

Leasing Consultant at RAM Partners, LLC seeks to engage future residents by highlighting the community’s features to secure lease agreements. Responsibilities include generating interest, effectively communicating with potential residents through all steps to call the community their home, serving as a resource for residents’ concerns and finding resolutions, building lasting relationships to retain residents, performing office administrative tasks with attention to detail, and coordinating resident activities. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, excellent verbal and written communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), ability to multitask and meet deadlines, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
