Leasing Consultant - Quantum Lake Villas

Conduct tours of models, vacant apartments, and property amenities while utilizing resident, prospect, and revenue management software for inquiries, appointments, quotes, and rental agreements. Maintain closing ratio based on community needs, process rental applications for Property Manager approval, and assume accountability for the overall move-in program. Assist in initiating and closing out service requests, conduct market surveys of comparable properties, and support the outreach marketing program. Help plan, schedule, and participate in resident functions. Requires two years of residential leasing experience, knowledge of Fair Housing laws, and ability to work weekends.
