Job Summary
Conduct property tours with prospective tenants, showcasing community features and amenities to turn prospects into residents. Guide applicants through the application process and execute lease signings efficiently while assisting in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and promote property vacancies. Effectively convert prospects into residents by providing a seamless and positive leasing experience. This role requires working in-office during standard business hours with a one weekend day requirement. Compensation includes $20.00-$23.00 per hour plus $100 per new lease and $50 per renewal, alongside medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Energetic, fun-going personality and excellent people skills
- Exceptional leasing, sales and marketing skills
- Familiar with rental application process and lease signings
- Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proven success using various online and social media platforms for marketing
- One weekend day is required
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with Yardi Voyager a plus
