Job Summary
Show vacant units to potential residents, process applications, and handle resident services under the Property Manager's direction. Establish contact with prospects, conduct tours, and follow up on inquiries while ensuring model apartments are ready for showing. Complete the leasing process by verifying applications, running background checks, processing leases, and coordinating move-in certifications and housing authority inspections. Develop promotional materials, gather competitor data, and monitor market trends to maximize property visibility. Answer phones, greet visitors, and respond to resident service requests to foster positive relations and maintain retention rates. Utilize Entrata software and adhere to fair housing regulations throughout all activities.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet
- Prior work experience in an office environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing, marketing, or related field
- Knowledge of Business English and letter format

- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal housing regulations and any housing programs applicable to property
