Leasing Consultant, Plant 1 Lofts

Leasing Consultant at Plant 1 Lofts responsible for creating a welcoming first impression, publishing engaging social posts, conducting virtual tours, hosting community events, and answering questions about amenities. Collaborates with the marketing team to ideate fresh approaches (e.g., social video content), supports resident retention, and drives new resident inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, Facebook, etc.). Must be a strong communicator with a customer-focused mindset, able to handle rejection, and comfortable working with a team to deliver excellent service and creative marketing support. Two years of customer-facing experience preferred. Salary range $18.00-$20.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
