Answer calls, greet potential residents and visitors professionally, and pursue leads by completing daily follow-ups in the leasing database. Place delinquency phone calls, complete guest cards, and send thank-you notes. Greet existing residents, address questions or concerns, and log packages. Generate mailings, collect checks and monies owed, and file leases. Tour competitors frequently to gather information on leasing strategies. Attend and participate in resident events, execute promotions, and set up on-campus promotional items. Create working relationships with universities, local institutions, employers, and businesses to drive prospects to the property.
