Leasing Consultant - Part Time

Job Summary
Answer calls, greet potential residents and visitors professionally, and persuade prospects to visit the property or website. Pursue leads by completing daily follow-ups in the leasing database, place delinquency phone calls, and file leases while collecting checks and monies owed. Tour competitors frequently to gather information on leasing strategies, specials, and occupancy. Create working relationships with universities, local institutions, and businesses to drive prospects, attend resident events, and set up promotional items on campus. Resolve resident questions and concerns promptly, log packages, and generate mailings. Maintain positive resident relations through timely communication and professional service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum: (1) year customer service and/or sales experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- ability to resolve escalated customer concerns
- Understanding of Fair Housing
- Minimum: High school diploma
- some college
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred: Property Management leasing experience
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
