Job Summary
Manage inbound and outbound calls, tour prospective residents, and handle current resident retention and satisfaction while balancing walk-ins and scheduled appointments. Support the onsite team with community-focused marketing tasks and other duties as needed. This part-time role at 2300 West Apartments in Reno, NV, requires previous sales or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Weekend shifts and travel to assist other properties may be required. You may also need to operate a golf cart and perform physical tasks involving lifting up to 50 pounds in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively while adhering to certain deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work collaboratively with employees, residents, and vendors
- Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to climb, bend, and squat
- Must be able to occasionally push, pull, lift, and carry weights up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
- Working weekend shifts
- Travel to assist other properties as needed
- Travel to attend training classes
- May be required to operate a golf cart to travel around the property
