Leasing Consultant Part Time

Present self-storage facilities to prospective tenants through personalized tours, rent units by completing leases, and answer telephone and email leads daily. Inspect vacant units for presentation standards, maintain the leasing office, and accurately track traffic while inputting rentals and cancellations into SiteLink. Process legal notices in accordance with California Self Storage Lien Law, deposit funds on schedule, and manage the priority wait list. Handle resident complaints and participate in daily collection calls for past-due accounts. Work 25 to 28 hours per week including Saturdays, with a preference for Spanish and English bilingual candidates and one year of related experience.
