Job Summary
Greet prospective and current residents in person, by phone, and electronically while conducting community tours to showcase apartments and amenities. Assist residents throughout the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in, processing applications, lease renewals, and related documentation accurately. Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests promptly, supporting retention efforts and maintaining organized resident files and leasing records. Inspect community appearance and coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure high standards, while assisting with marketing initiatives and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Current automobile insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Previous experience in leasing or a related field
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and effectively close leases
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Basic math and financial comprehension skills
- Bilingual skills
