Job Summary
Greet prospects, professionally present community features during apartment tours, and secure lease agreements from qualified persons. Manage the full leasing process by guiding clients through applications, closing sales to maximize occupancy, and offering additional products to drive revenue. Maintain accurate records of client history, handle resident concerns with a positive attitude, and conduct regular community inspections to ensure repairs are completed. Answer phone, email, and in-person communications while assisting the Property Manager with staff training and operational goals. Work evenings and weekends as requested to support the property's sales and maintenance objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong sales and/or leasing experience
- High-level of interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to maintain high energy, friendly demeanor, and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform entry to intermediate level mathematic functions without additional personnel assistance
- National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP)
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
- Yardi experience
- Fair Housing certification
- Ability to work evenings and weekends if requested
