Job Summary
Leasing Consultant responsible for guiding prospective residents through tours, screening applicants, processing lease applications, and coordinating move-ins. Focus on converting tours to applications, maintaining lease files, and ensuring property standards. Responsibilities include lead generation via outreach, daily CRM management, collaboration with the leasing team on pricing and occupancy, and providing exceptional service to residents, vendors, and teammates. Requires knowledge of income verification, occupancy management, and familiarity with property management systems (e.g., Yardi); strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills; and the ability to work a schedule that may include overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma is required
- Minimum of one year of residential leasing and/or management experience is required
- Prior experience with Yardi or another equivalent property management system is strongly preferred
- Prior experience with customer reputation management tools is strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- MS Office Suite proficiency (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- English communication proficiency
