Job Summary
Conduct all aspects of leasing apartments, including greeting prospective residents, touring the community, closing sales, processing applications, and following up with prospects. Assist with maintaining high occupancy rates, managing resident orientation, and supporting rent collection as needed. Maintain current information on community features, leasing agreements, and pricing. Work Saturday and Sunday schedules, including evenings and weekends. Requires two years of sales and leasing experience, a high school diploma or GED (bachelor's preferred), and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 years of sales and leasing experience
- Excellent customer relations experience
- Competence in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and community software applications
- Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday schedule
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Effectively present information to owners, residents, and employees of the organization
- Valid driver's license
- Automobile insurance
