Job Summary
Leasing Consultant at One Lytle Place in Cincinnati, OH. Conduct leasing activities including tours of apartments and amenities, follow-up with prospects, coordinate move-ins, and develop on-site marketing strategies. Manage referral programs, maintain performance scores for e-shop/phone/physical shop, inspect units with new residents, support the Assistant Property Manager with renewals/lease expirations, process and report application fees, security deposits, rents, and other fees. Enter data into Entrata promptly, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and occupancy standards. Requires strong verbal/written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Required Qualifications
