Leasing Consultant - Olympus Falcon Landing

Leasing Consultant responsible for showing and leasing apartment homes, explaining unit options, delivering exemplary customer service to prospective residents, greeting visitors, closing leases, preparing lease paperwork, entering information into the internal resident database, and using sales/marketing strategies to drive traffic. You will plan and participate in resident events and promote the property to local businesses. Requires at least 1 year of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant; full-time with rotating hours (Mon-Fri 9 AM–6 PM, weekends required); bilingual preferred.
